The quality is very high so I suspect that it is a designer piece but if there ever was another label it is now lost to history. This is a wonderful example of early American cocktail wear that has a bit of a novelty flair to it. The exterior is a gorgeous, heavy silk brocade that has an amazing print worked into the fabric. The print is done in rows, and each row is made of
